Physical Therapy Services

We combine manual therapy, strengthening, stretching and modalities as needed to help restore the muscular skeletal system. All of our physical therapists are trained in the treatment of post-operative orthopedic procedures, arthritis, sprains, acute sports injuries, strains and fractures. We also use hands-on techniques to reduce pain associated with joint dysfunction, muscle spasm and muscle tension.

We can help you when preparing or recovering from a total joint or rotator cuff surgery. We develop an individualized program to help you safely gain strength and mobility to get back to life.

The advancement of wound care is an ever-evolving area of discovery, resulting in new options for optimal care. We are continually updating our knowledge for treatment of all wounds with the latest cutting-edge techniques through wound care certified therapists.

Graston is an instrument-assisted technique we use to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
We use Rock Tape as part of our treatments to assist with relieving pain, swelling and inflammation. It calms muscles so they heal properly and allows a full range of movement.
We may also use Cupping as part of a treatment to mobilize blood flow and promote healing.

Our therapists are Graston and Rock Tape certified.

We provide injury assessments and treatments for athletes experiencing pain, swelling, loss of motion, numbness or tingling. We also provide SWAY concussion assessments and management.

We are contracted with Meade, Southwestern Heights, South Gray and Fowler schools to provide routine visits by our in-house athletic trainer.
During the Fall sports season we also provide a walk-in clinic for the contracted schools, you can read more about it here: Saturday Morning Fall Sports Walk-in Clinic

There are many bodily changes that occur during a woman’s life, especially during pregnancy and labor. Our physical therapists can help with joint and muscle pains, swelling, pelvic floor rehabilitation, urinary incontinence and chronic pelvic pain. Treatments may consist of exercises, behavior modifications and/or pain management techniques.
