Lone Tree Retirement Center Announcements

  • Staff will be allowed to use the service entrance, to enter the facility.
  • Staff will need to go directly to the lobby to be screened and/or tested as scheduled.
  • Doors will be locked from 10:00 pm to 4:30 am.
  • Visitors do not have to call ahead to make appointments Monday-Friday but do need to call ahead if the visit is on the weekend.
  • All visitors must be screened in the front lobby prior to visit which include in-door, outdoor, and window visits.
  • Indoor visitors are to go directly to the resident’s room and back out.
  • Children are allowed to visit inside the facility, but are limited to 2 adults and 4 children. Four adults may visit. If more than 5 children the visit needs to be a patio visit.
  • If visitors and residents have been vaccinated, mask do not have to be worn in the room during visits.
  • Visiting hours are 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week. No meal time visits.
  • Food may be brought into the building for a specific resident and may not be shared with other residents.
  • Prior to a resident leaving the facility to go with family member or friend (some residents do not have family), there is to be Risk Assessment done. This would include but not limited to, an evaluation of the residents ability to wear a mask appropriately, the ability to social distance during outing and the country positivity percentage for the local county and the county of the destination.
  • We continue to offer Facetime, Zoom Meetings, and telephone communications with residents by contacting the Activities Department.
